Current MVP data practices. This page is a factual product summary; the final launch privacy policy is still being prepared.
Account and career data
Sign-in is handled through Supabase using Google or email. The app stores your career profile, resume record, uploaded documents, optional profile photo, agents, saved search results and generated application materials. Google profile information may supply your display name and photo.
Resume processing
Resume text and relevant career/job information are sent to the configured AI service for parsing, fit analysis and application preparation. Review extracted facts and generated content. Job discovery uses a configured third-party listing provider.
Private storage
Uploaded resumes and photos use private storage. Account ownership policies restrict access to career records and job data. Photo previews use temporary signed URLs. Avoid uploading sensitive details that are unnecessary for your applications.
Retention
Search-result links and saved application kits are designed to expire after 30 days. Career profiles and uploaded documents are not covered by that 30-day history expiry. Cleanup runs during application activity; do not treat it as a guarantee of deletion at an exact instant.
Launch policy still required
Operator/contact details, data-access and deletion request channels, and the complete launch privacy policy have not been published yet. Public launch requires completing these details.
